Welcome to Pawlished. These terms apply whenever you browse our store or place an order. By using the store you agree to them — and nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
About us
Pawlished is an Australian online store selling at-home pet grooming and care products. The easiest way to reach us about anything in these terms is our contact form — we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (AEST).
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it, and we may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case you'll be refunded in full. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before dispatch, via our contact form.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice, but changes never affect an order that's already been placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping rates, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Using our products safely
Our products are grooming and care tools for use on pets at home. Please read and follow the instructions and guidance provided with each product and on its product page. Our content is general grooming guidance, not veterinary advice — if your pet has a health issue, including damaged skin, injured nails or an unusual reaction to any product, stop use and consult a vet.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review or photo and give us permission to publish it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our store alongside the name you provide. We only publish genuine reviews, and we'll take one down at your request.
Our content
Everything on this store — text, images, graphics and layout — belongs to Pawlished or its licensors and can't be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting those guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products, and our liability is otherwise limited to replacing the relevant product or refunding what you paid for it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of them is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to orders placed after it's posted.
