Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how your Pawlished order gets to you. All prices on our store are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it, before it's dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery times — Australia

• Standard shipping — $9.95, and free on every order over $59. Delivery in 5–14 business days after dispatch.

International

Alongside Australia, we ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Israel at a flat rate of $19.95, with delivery in 10–20 business days after dispatch. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authorities are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed to you within 3–5 business days of ordering, separately from your order confirmation. Tracking links can take a further 3–5 days to become active after they're issued, so an empty link in the first week is normal. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up with the carrier.

Multiple parcels

An order with more than one item may arrive as separate parcels on different days. You'll receive a tracking number for each parcel, so nothing is lost if one arrives before another.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
