Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. After that:

  • Australia: 5–14 business days
  • International: 12–28 business days
How much does shipping cost?

Australian shipping is $9.95, and it's free on every order over $49. International shipping is a flat $19.95.

When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you within 3–5 business days of ordering, separately from your order confirmation. Tracking links can take a further 3–5 days to activate after they're issued, so an empty link in the first week is completely normal. If you've had no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. An order with more than one item can arrive as separate parcels on different days — you'll receive a tracking number for each, so nothing is lost if one lands before the other.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — alongside Australia we currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST. If you're shopping from overseas, prices display in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

The Paw Trimmer

Will the trimmer frighten my pet?

It runs at 35dB — roughly the volume of a whisper, and far quieter than a standard clipper. Let your pet sniff it switched off first, do one paw per session to start, and reward generously. Most pets settle after a few short sessions.

Is it for full-body grooming?

No — it's built for tidying and detail work: the fur between the paw pads, ears, the face and eye area, and sanitary trims. For a full body clip on a long-coated dog, a groomer with a full-size clipper will always do a better job.

How do I clean it?

The body is fully waterproof — rinse the head under the tap, shake it dry, done. A cleaning brush is included for the blade. It charges by USB in 1.5–2 hours, runs for up to 1.5 hours, and works while charging if you forget to top it up.

The Nail Clippers

How do I avoid cutting too far?

The blood vessel inside the nail is called the quick. On pale nails you can see it as a pink core — stop a couple of millimetres short. On black nails, take a sliver at a time and watch the cut face: when a small dark circle appears in the centre, stop there. The clippers' guard also limits how far the blade travels in a single cut.

What if I nick the quick?

It will bleed and they'll let you know about it, but it isn't dangerous. Press a clean cloth on it, or dab styptic powder or cornflour, hold for a couple of minutes, and stop for the day. Little and often beats a monthly battle — the quick recedes as the nail shortens, so each trim makes the next one easier.

What size pets do they suit?

Small to medium nails — most cats and most dogs. For a giant breed with very thick nails, a heavy-duty pair from your vet or groomer is the better tool, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.

Paw Butter

What's in it?

Water, glycerin, shea butter, hydrogenated coconut oil, ascorbic acid and honey. No aloe, no essential oils, nothing added for scent. It's for external use only — avoid the eyes, and patch test first.

When and how often should I use it?

Wipe the pads clean and dry first, then two or three passes per pad and work it in with a thumb. Two or three times a week while pads are rough, once a week after that. Before bed is the easiest time — they're settled, and it works overnight.

Does it protect paws from hot ground?

No — and no balm does. Australian summer asphalt can burn a pad in under a minute. Press the back of your hand to the footpath: if you can't hold it for seven seconds, it's too hot to walk them. Paw Butter is for afterwards, when pads are dry, rough or cracked.

Mitt Wipes

How are they different from normal pet wipes?

The wipe is a glove — your whole palm is the cleaning surface, your fingers go between the pads and into folds, and your hand never touches what you're wiping off. Peel it off inside out and bin it. Each pack holds six gloves, and they're single-use.

Anywhere I shouldn't use them?

Not for eyes or inside ears. Don't leave a used glove where a pet can chew it. And broken, weeping or irritated skin isn't a wiping job — that's one for your vet.

Deals & Payment

What's the trimmer and clippers bundle?

The Pawdicure trimmer and the Nailed It clippers come as a set — one box, one parcel, and cheaper than buying them separately. The current set price, and exactly what you save, are shown live in the buy box on either product page.

Do the balm and wipes come in multi-packs?

Yes — three for $69.90 on each, which works out to two at full price and the third for $10. The single and the 3-pack are both right there in the buy box.

How can I pay?

All major cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — contact us within 12 hours of placing it, before it's dispatched, with your order number.

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns need to be unused and in the original unopened packaging — the balm and wipes are hygiene products, so we can't resell them opened — and return postage is paid by the customer. Full details in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What now?

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video. In most cases you won't need to send anything back — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my parcel never arrives?

If it hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display the funds.
